AnswerGrouper PRO trial is 100% free and does not require a credit card to sign up. There is no need to manually unsubscribe; when the trial period expires, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free version without any charges
QuestionCan I get a refund if I accidentally purchase a subscription while on a trial?
AnswerYes. There has been a known glitch where the system may not easily allow an annual purchase while a trial is active,. However, support staff can process the annual subscription directly and refund the difference for the first month or credit the account for any overlap
